Covid centers opened in the city, and are opening daily (hotels and rented
space)
In this influential period
of the epidemic, many medical professionals are installing additional covid
care centers by renting extra space from their regular registered and
authorized work area, Some people
with medical professionals are
publishing, that they would provide the requisite health and medical facilities
in such areas and hotels. Such publicity Are being done through social media,
in which Public is being attracted by
seeing this advertisement in the name of better treatment.
NOW :- COVID-19 patients reporting to various Covid treatment facilities have reported the following signs and symptoms: Fever• Cough• Fatigue• Shortness of breath• Expectoration• Myalgia• Rhinorrhea, sore throat, diarrhea• Etc• and According to the advisory of Government of India Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services (EMR Division) Version 5 03.07.20, CLINICAL MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL for covid 19 patient is conducted , which should apply with Table of Contents as follows . 1. Background, 2. Disease epidemiology, 3. Patho-physiology, 4. Case definition, 5. Clinical features, 6. Risk factors, 7. Clinical severity, 8. Infection prevention and control practices, 9. Laboratory diagnosis, 10. Management Of COVID-19: Symptomatic Treatment 10.1 Management of mild cases10.2 Management of moderate cases 10.3 Management of severe cases 11. Investigational therapies, 12. Repurposed or off-label therapies, 13. Prevention of complications. In Such situations advanced and updated Hospitalization is the basic requirement of infected patient/person. In which any kind of negligence can cause irreparable harm to a family.
In hospitals which are
running Regular / registered, complete authorized with state and central
offices, with all medical equipment, space, trained staff, fire exit, emergency
O.T. etc. Only after being segregated, & hospital operations are authorized
according to the eligibility level, in which NABH and NABL department plays the main role, and the
requirement of N.O.C. + Clearance certificates from various government ( State
+ Central ) departments is required for hospital
operations.
As above, we are demanding
immediate necessary action against all unauthorized Covid Centers and at the
level of each district, the competent authority should issue a special
direction to the local higher authorities to inspect such Covid Centers and to
register F,I,R against all unauthorized center. So that it can stop, and the
image of doctors and hospitals does not deteriorate.
In order to have no deceit
with the common man in the name of covid, this letter has been submitted for the
wider public interest, take this letter on record, so that when information
about the action taken on this letter is required, It can be duly obtained according to the Act.
